Our classic chef's knife is a perfectly balanced piece of art. It features a special Swedish stainless steel originally created for razor blades. We find that the fine grain structure is ideal for cutlery. Each blade is hardened by the world renowned Paul Bos and lovingly hand sanded to a delicate satin finish. Our design utilises a unique distal taper which provides perfect balance without the need for the bulky metal bolster you find in inferior blades. Our blades are light in the hand, nimble, and a joy to use. The handles are sculpted to conform to your hand and allow for a variety of comfortable hand positions.
